Carpe Diem Columbia
Columbia, Missouri, United States
Columbia's Cultural Living Room! Carpe Diem is an unlimited multicultural experience that started in 2009 as a mix of music school, art gallery, parlor, classroom, meeting room and recreation center. Reorganized in November 2010, we are now a Missouri non-profit corporation, awaiting our IRS 501(c)(3) ruling. Located between 8th and 9th Streets in downtown Columbia, Missouri, our mission is to provide a space where the arts can be created, discussed and appreciated. We offer music lessons, arts education classes, museum trips, opera trips, crazy-fun trips, children's day camp, movies, dramatic readings, art exhibits and showcases, musical evenings, recitals, and whatever else we can think of to entertain and inform.
